By placing an order with Zenith Elite Graphics, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Work
All graphics are custom designed using the photos and information provided by the customer. Please ensure all submitted photos are clear and of good quality for best results.

Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 business days unless otherwise discussed. Larger team orders may require additional time.

Revisions
Minor revisions are included with each order. Major design changes or additional revisions may incur an additional fee.

Payments
Payment must be received before final high-resolution files are delivered.

Usage Rights
Final graphics may be used for personal use, including social media, team announcements, and personal printing. Resale or commercial use of the designs is not permitted without written permission.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of graphic design work, all sales are final once the design process has begun.

Photo Rights
By submitting photos, the customer confirms they have permission to use the images. Zenith Elite Graphics is not responsible for copyright or permission issues related to submitted images.

Portfolio Use
Zenith Elite Graphics reserves the right to display completed designs in portfolios, galleries, and promotional materials unless requested otherwise.
